Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

1 clove garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 egg

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: burger buns, lettuce, tomato slices, and your favorite condiments

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, onion, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Mix Well: Use your hands or a spatula to gently mix all the ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overwork the mixture to keep the burgers tender.

Form Patties: Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center for even cooking.

Preheat the Grill or Pan: Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.

Cook the Burgers: Place the patties on the grill or pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and are golden brown.

Toast the Buns: If desired, lightly toast the burger buns during the last minute of cooking for extra texture.

Assemble: Place each cooked chicken burger on a toasted bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, and any other condiments you prefer.

Serve: Enjoy your delicious White Cheddar & Spinach Chicken Burgers warm!
