Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken

1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Burger buns

Lettuce, tomato, and condiments of choice

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix gently until all ingredients are well incorporated, but avoid over-mixing to keep the burgers tender.

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1-inch thick.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken patties to the skillet. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the burgers are golden brown.

While the burgers are cooking, prepare the burger buns by toasting them briefly on another skillet or under a broiler until golden brown (optional).

Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken patty on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, and any other desired condiments. Add the top bun to finish.

Serve immediately with your favorite side, such as sweet potato fries or a green salad. Enjoy the delicious flavors of white cheddar and spinach in every bite!
