Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (grilled or rotisserie)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup diced red bell pepper

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 avocado, diced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

4 cups mixed salad greens (e.g., romaine, arugula)

Juice of 2 limes

1/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper, to taste
