Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)

1/4 cup agave syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda

1/2 cup ice cubes

Lime wedges and strawberry slices for garnish

Coarse sea salt (optional, for rimming the glass)

Instructions

If you’d like to rim your glasses with salt, rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip the rim into coarse sea salt to coat it lightly.

In a blender, combine the chopped strawberries, lime juice, and agave syrup. Blend until smooth.

Pour the strawberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher to remove the seeds, pressing with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.

Add the ice cubes to the pitcher and stir in the sparkling water (or lemon-lime soda) gently to combine, adjusting the sweetness if needed.

Fill your prepped glasses with the mocktail mixture and garnish with lime wedges and strawberry slices.

Serve immediately and enjoy a refreshing strawberry lime mocktail margarita!
