1 pound of medium-sized carrots, peeled and cut into fry shapes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare the Carrots: After peeling, slice the carrots into long, thin fry shapes for even roasting.

      Seasoning Mix: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well combined.

        Coat the Carrots: Add the carrot fries to the bowl and toss thoroughly in the seasoning mix, ensuring they are evenly coated.

          Parmesan Addition: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned carrot fries and toss again until they are coated evenly.

            Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the coated carrot fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are not overcrowded. This will help them roast evenly.
