Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated croissant dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into individual triangles.

On the wider end of each triangle, place 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and 3-4 slices of pepperoni.

Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning over the cheese and pepperoni.

Starting from the wide end, roll the croissant dough towards the pointed end, making sure to tuck in the sides as you go to enclose the filling.

Place the rolled croissants on the prepared baking sheet with the pointed end facing down.

Brush the tops with olive oil or melted butter, and if desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese for added flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with marinara sauce for dipping.
