Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless

2 tbsp hot honey (store-bought or homemade)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Salmon: Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch pieces.

Marinate: In a medium bowl, combine hot honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Preheat the Pan: Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Cook the Salmon: Add the marinated salmon pieces to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and lightly caramelized.

Serve: Remove the salmon bites from the skillet and place them on a serving platter. Drizzle with any remaining hot honey marinade from the pan, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4-6 bites
