Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup pickles, sliced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp white vinegar

1 tsp garlic powder (for the sauce)

1 tsp onion powder (for the sauce)

Instructions

Prepare the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Break it up with a spatula, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat, if necessary.

Season the Meat: Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the spices are well incorporated into the beef. Remove from heat and set aside.

Make the Special Sauce: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until smooth and well blended. Set aside.

Assemble the Wraps: Take a large flour tortilla and lay it flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the special sauce in the center of the tortilla.

Add Fillings: Layer on some of the seasoned beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and pickles.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it from the bottom up to enclose the fillings. Make sure it’s tight enough to hold everything together.

Toast the Wrap (Optional): If you prefer a warm and crispy wrap, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down and toast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Slice and Serve: Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve with extra special sauce on the side.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4 wraps
