1 can (15 oz) tuna in water, drained

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped (any color)

1/4 cup cucumber, diced

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Mixed greens or whole grain bread for serving

In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined and creamy.
