1 lb (450 g) sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 lb (450 g) baby potatoes, halved

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for cooking

Instructions
 

Prepare Potatoes: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the halved baby potatoes and boil for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.

    Season Steak: In a bowl, season the cubed steak with onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.

      Sear Steak: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Once hot, add the steak bites in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

        Cook Potatoes: In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil if needed. Add the boiled potatoes, cut side down, and cook until they are golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

          Add Garlic Butter: Reduce the heat to medium-low. Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet and add 4 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic. Let the garlic sauté for about 1 minute.

            Combine: Add the seared steak back into the skillet with the potatoes and toss everything together gently to coat in the garlic butter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for freshness.
