Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: 1/4 cup granola or nuts for added crunch

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberries: Begin by washing and hulling the strawberries. Slice them into halves or quarters depending on their size.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

Coat the Strawberries: Dip each sliced strawberry into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are well-coated. You can also use a fork or skewer to help with dipping and coating.

Create Clusters: Place the coated strawberries onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, keeping them slightly spaced apart. If desired, sprinkle granola or chopped nuts on top of each cluster for added texture and flavor.

Freeze: Once all strawberries are coated and placed on the baking sheet, transfer them to the freezer. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until completely firm.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the strawberry clusters from the baking sheet and serve immediately for a cool, refreshing dessert. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
