Ingredients
  

2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced

1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), drained

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.

    Add the torn basil leaves gently to the bowl, making sure not to bruise them.

      Drizzle the olive oil over the salad, then add the balsamic glaze for sweetness.

        Season with salt and pepper to taste, tossing the salad gently to combine all the ingredients without breaking the mozzarella.

          Allow the salad to rest for about 5 minutes to let the flavors meld, or serve immediately for the freshest taste.
