Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 hamburger buns

Lettuce, tomato, onion (for topping)

Extra ranch dressing (for drizzling)

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Form the Patties: Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 3/4 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.

Cook the Patties: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Lightly oil the grill grates or skillet. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), and the patties are golden brown.

Toast the Buns: While the burgers are cooking, cut the hamburger buns in half and toast them lightly on the grill or in a toaster until they are golden.

Assemble the Burgers: Place each cooked chicken patty on the bottom half of a toasted bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, and onion. Drizzle extra ranch dressing over the toppings before placing the top half of the bun.

Serve: Enjoy the burgers warm with your favorite side like fries or a fresh salad!
