1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 ½ cups provolone cheese, shredded

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine or fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sirloin and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Cook Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the onions and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Make the Sauce: Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Add the heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Combine Everything: Return the beef to the skillet along with the cooked pasta. Toss everything together to ensure the pasta is well-coated in the sauce.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle the provolone cheese over the pasta mixture. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
