2 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked crispy chicken, diced

4 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil spray

Prepare the Chicken: If you haven’t done so already, cook your chicken until crispy. You can use chicken strips, or even bread and fry some chicken breast yourself. Once cooked, dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

    Cook the Bacon: If you don’t have pre-cooked bacon, fry the bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble into pieces once cool.

      Mix the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, shredded lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to mix everything together.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon an even amount of the chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.

          Wrap it Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to encase the filling, making sure it’s secure.

            Crisp the Wraps: Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with olive oil spray. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook each side for about 2-3 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.

              Slice and Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. Slice in half and serve with additional ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
