1 lb ground chicken

2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

8 small corn tortillas

1 cup shredded cabbage

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 lime, cut into wedges

Salsa or hot sauce for serving

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the spices are evenly distributed.

    Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken mixture.

      Cook the chicken, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it is cooked through and lightly browned, about 8-10 minutes. Stir regularly to ensure even cooking.

        While the chicken is cooking, warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or directly over the flame until pliable.

          To assemble the tacos, place a generous amount of the spicy chicken mixture on each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, and fresh cilantro.
