2 slices of whole grain bread

1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (grilled or rotisserie works well)

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil (for grilling)

Lettuce leaves (for serving)

Tomato slices (optional)

Prepare the Avocado Spread: In a small bowl, scoop the avocado flesh and mash it with a fork. Stir in the lime juice, Greek yogurt, cilantro (if using), and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until smooth and creamy.

    Combine Chicken and Cheese: In another bowl, mix the shredded chicken with half of the mozzarella cheese. You can add a pinch of salt and pepper for flavor.
