9 lasagna noodles

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

¾ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Noodles: Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay them flat on a clean kitchen towel to cool.

    Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

      Assemble the Rolls: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread ½ cup of the Alfredo sauce evenly on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Take a lasagna noodle and place about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken filling at one end. Roll the noodle up carefully and place it seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat with the remaining noodles and filling.
