Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (or turkey for a lighter option)

1 packet taco seasoning

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

1 cup salsa (for dipping)

Cooking oil spray

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Stir in taco seasoning and follow the package instructions, adding water if necessary. Once cooked, let it cool slightly.

In a large bowl, mix the cooked taco meat with softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, black olives, and cilantro until well combined.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as indicated on the packaging.

On each triangle, place a generous spoonful of the cheesy taco mixture at the wide end of the triangle.

Carefully roll the dough starting from the wide end towards the point, creating a tight stick. Seal the sides to ensure the filling doesn’t leak.

Place the rolled taco sticks on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray them with cooking oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.

Serve warm with salsa for dipping.
