Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup spinach leaves

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and creamy.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous portion of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla, leaving about 1 inch of space on each side. Top with a handful of spinach leaves and a few cherry tomato halves.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas.

Toast the Wraps: Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly brush it with olive oil. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Once toasted, remove the wraps from the skillet and slice them in half diagonally. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
