Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup baby spinach

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

Make the Cheese Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the cheese filling on each tortilla, then add a layer of baby spinach, sliced chicken, and halved cherry tomatoes.

Wrap It Up: Starting from one side, tightly roll up each tortilla, tucking in the sides as you go to secure the filling.

Toast the Wraps: Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and toast for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese filling starts to ooze out.

Serve: Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute. Slice in half, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or marinara.
