Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions

Prep the Chicken: Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.

Make the Cheesy Mixture: In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cheesy garlic mixture over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Next, layer with fresh spinach leaves, sliced chicken, and diced tomatoes.

Wrap It Up: Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly over the filling, tucking in the sides as you go to ensure nothing spills out. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Cook the Wraps: Wipe the skillet clean and return it to medium heat. Add a small amount of olive oil and place the wraps seam side down in the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Carefully flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side.

Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet and let rest for a minute. Slice in half diagonally, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a side of fresh salad.
