Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

2 cups fresh spinach leaves

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Olive oil for cooking

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet, let it cool slightly, and then slice into thin strips.

    Make the Cheesy Garlic Filling: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, sautéed garlic, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well to create a creamy filling.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a layer of the cheesy garlic mixture in the center of each tortilla. Add some fresh spinach leaves, sliced chicken, and cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese.

        Roll the Wraps: Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to secure the filling inside. Repeat with all tortillas.

          Cook the Wraps: Wipe out the skillet and add a little more olive oil over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

            Serve: Slice the wraps in half and serve warm, accompanied by your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.
