1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup whole milk

6 large eggs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Fresh lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a 9x13 inch baking dish or cast-iron skillet in the oven to heat up.

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and well combined.

      Carefully remove the hot baking dish from the oven and pour the melted butter into the bottom, swirling to coat evenly.

        Pour the batter over the melted butter in the hot dish; it will naturally separate in the oven.

          Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown around the edges.

            Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute; the pancake will deflate slightly as it cools.

              Dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.
